Onlinemarketpoint.com works with a simple logic: Employers post their jobs/projects, freelancers apply with their bids/quotations. Employers create their project team by selecting one or more freelancers for their job/project and they start working with eachother. It is that simple!

General
How do I become a PRO Member?
To become a PRO member you're to have at least necessary amount on your account. This is the monthly fee for the PRO membership. If you have such amount of money you're to login and upgrade your account. Otherwise you need to deposit funds at first and then upgrade to PRO membership.
How do I cancel my account?
For security measures you're to send us a message through our online support form and we will help you with this. But remember to make that if you have negative balance you're to make a deposit to cover it.
How much will I have to pay Onlinemarketpoint.com?
It's free to join Onlinemarketpoint.com! We only charge a small commission. For regular projects that are closed Service Buyers will have to pay 3% or $3 commission(whichever is greater) and Service Providers will have to pay 10% or $5(whichever is greater). A project will be featured for a fee of $29 upfront, paid by the Service Buyer. If the project is featured there will be no other charges as with regular projects. As a PRO Member you don't pay commissions on closed completed projects.
VAT will be added on fees where needed according to law.
How to signup?
To sign up you need pass three following steps.
Step 1. fill in special boxes with your name, e-mail, country and city you're from. You also are to read carefully the Terms and Conditions of our service and mark that you agree with them.
After that you pass to the Step 2. Here you're to confirm your e-mail address. You'll get a verification code on your e-mail and you should fill it in a special box.
Next comes Step 3. Here you're to fill the boxes with some more information about yourself (like your name, your company name and your password). Then you may give some more information about your project but it's not necessary. That is your service provider profile (area of expertise, your skills as a provider and other things which you'll be asked). Remember not to give any contact information according to our Terms and Conditions. After all the data has been entered you are to click «Signup».
Is there a time limit to leave feedback?
A review must be made within 90 days after the project has been finished and paid for. If one user submits a review the other user must submit his review within 14 days after the time the first review was submitted. Reviews are hidden until both buyer and provider submit their reviews or until 14 days passes after first review was made. As soon as both buyer and provider post their reviews they will both become visible on the site. If only one user post his review only one review will become visible.
What is Onlinemarketpoint.com?
It's a virtual market place between buyers and sellers of IT services from all over the world. It helps buyers: webmasters, web designers, programmers, software developers and business owners to develop their projects. With this purpose we find sellers of IT services who are freelance workers (these are independent workers who are hired not on salary but on project basis): programmers, copywriters, webdesigners and translators. They help making the projects at the most convenient for the buyers price . As a result the best work is done at the best price.
What is PRO membership?
To be in a PRO membership means to become a PRO member. PRO members are marked with special sign. Being PRO member gives you special privileges: you may pay only monthly fees (12$) and no commissions on the completed projects. That is good both for service buyers and service providers. Service buyers could save money. As for service providers they will be able to bid lower. What is more PRO members are more reliable cause they have long time commitments with Onlinemarketpoint.com.
To upgrade your account to PRO status please deposit at least $12 and use this link. PRO membership will be extended automatically if you have enough balance after expiration date. To stop PRO membership after expiration date use this link.
Why can't I find the option to rate a Onlinemarketpoint.com member?
Feedback can be left only when project is completed and paid in full (according to the provider's bid) via Onlinemarketpoint.com. If the provider is paid less than his bid via Onlinemarketpoint.com payment system, the feedback option won't be activated. Therefore we recommend both bidder and buyer to reach mutual agreement on the final bid BEFORE choosing the winner (buyers) and BEFORE accepting the project (providers) to be able to leave feedbacks after.
In October, 2008 we introduced an option for buyers to leave incomplete project reports. If you are the buyer and you don't see the option, please check the time when the project was accepted. This option is available for all projects posted since October, 7 2008.
Service Buyers
How do I pick service provider for my project?
Login. Go to Buyer Activity. You will see your projects listed there. Click Pick Service Provider for the project you wish to start. All service providers will be listed on next page. Read instructions and select one.
How do I rate and write a review for a service provider?
After you have selected a service provider and project has been completed and paid in full through Onlinemarketpoint.com, you will be able to do this by going to Buyer Activity. You will find available service providers to rate from there.
Feedback can be left only when project is completed and paid in full (according to the provider's bid) via Onlinemarketpoint.com. If the provider is paid less than his bid via Onlinemarketpoint.com payment system, the feedback option won't be activated.
How does this work for Service Buyers?
It\'s simple. You register for an account and add your project. Service Providers will bid on your project. You pick the one you wish to use for the project. Please login to pick provider from the Buyer Activity area. You pay the Service Provider through Onlinemarketpoint.com at a time you both agree on in advance.
How much will you charge Service Buyers?
It's free to join Onlinemarketpoint.com! We only charge a small commission on closed regular projects. 3% or $3(whichever is greater). PRO Members don't pay this commission. A project will be featured for a fee of $29 upfront. No other charges apply for featured projects.

How to choose a winner of your project?
To pick a winning bid, follow these steps:

* Open Buyer Activity in Manage Account menu
* Click on Pick a Service Provider besides project title in the table of open projects
* Mark a winner and push Select button
As soon as a chosen provider accepts your offer, you'll recieve contact details of the provider and can start the project.

Incomplete reports: general questions and recommendations for service buyers
In October, 2008 we introduced an option for service buyers to leave reports on incomplete projects.
We recommend you to leave reports that concern only provider's work on a project and omit all the irrelevant info (provider's personality, your personal reasons to close a project etc).
Besides, a request of your provider to put money into escrow generally can't be considered to be a reason to mark a project as incomplete. We recommend our providers to start work only after having money in the escrow. Please note that escrow payments are secure both for buyers and providers. Please read more about it at this page.
What is refundable fee and how does it work?
Buyers are required to pay a REFUNDABLE $5 fee, when they post a project on Onlinemarketpoint.com. This fee is REFUNDED as soon as provider accepts to do a project OR when the project is cancelled properly. If you don't find anyone, who can do the project you will cancel it from Buyer Activity page and the fee will be REFUNDED to your Onlinemarketpoint.com account. Project must be cancelled within 30 days after bidding has closed. We will ONLY keep this fee and don't refund it, when a buyer doesn't follow our TOS or violates terms of other companies. For example, when someone posts a commercial for his company or when someone adds his contact information to the project description. The goal is to be able to refund all of these fees. Please note that we do not refund this fee in case the bidding time has expired for the project. So be attentive and close the projects properly in time. By paying refundable fee servicebuyers show that they are able to fund their Onlinemarketpoint.com account. The advantage for serious buyers is obvious - less invalid projects tha take time and energy from providers.
Why is my account temporarily suspended?
There are several reasons.
1. Most common reason: you posted your contacts or links with your contacts in message board of Non-featured project or in description of a Non-featured project. Read our terms and give your comments in your ticket. Please note that you may post contact info on Featured projects.
2. You posted an invalid project or bid. Projects and bids must not contain advertisements, illegal information. We cancel such projects and DO NOT refund fees.
3. You posted a project which requires abnormal bidding. Such projects can be posted as Featured only. Deposit enough funds to your account and we'll upgrade it to the Featured status.
4. You posted a fake amount in bid. Bid amount must be equal to agreed payment on project.
5. You made transactions of this kind: deposit --> withdrawal (withdrawal request). We do not allow this. We are not an exchange/money transfer company. Evidently we'll have to reverse your deposit.
6. You created several accounts. We do not allow to create multiple accounts. We'll have to close all but one.
7. (After 35 days of negative balance) It was an automatical suspension. I can't remove it until you cover the negative balance. You are able to receive and deposit payments also after suspension without any problems. Account will be activated automatically when you have 0 or more balance.
8. Sometimes Paypal or other payment systems may suspend your account for verification purposes. Post us a ticket and we'll send you further instructions for activation. Please note that we'll need a scanned copy of your ID sent to webmaster@Onlinemarketpoint.com.

Freelancers
If you are looking for a job/project:
* Register a BASIC or PRO freelancer profile: Registering for a BASIC profile is free but it will give you limited access. With PRO profiles, your profile will also be given priority on the search results and it will be shown on the LATEST PRO FREELANCERS section which shows random 5 PRO freelancers on every refresh. Your profile will get maximum visibility with a PRO freelancers account. PRO profiles are more likely to get more jobs then BASIC profiles. There is a fee to apply as a PRO freelancer. BASIC freelancer accounts are free of charge.
* View the open jobs/projects on the 'Freelance Jobs' page.
* Apply for the jobs/projects you like by quoting the best rate(bid) you can offer, your cover letter and your CV(optional).
* Your application will be sent to the employer. The employer can then view your profile, cover letter and CV.
* If the employer selects your bid, you will be sent an email to accept working with the employer. You will need to confirm by clicking on the link in the email to accept working with the employer.
* Employer then can pay you the agreed amount by using our Direct Payment or Escrow Payment sections. You can agree to use alternative payment methods with the employer. In this case, you will not be able to use our escrow service which will not protect you and you will also not be able to give a feedback to the employer.
* The payments that have been sent through our system will be visible on your 'Billings and Payments' section.
* If the payment has been sent as 'Direct Payment', then you will be able to 'Withdraw' the money from your Onlinemarketpoint.com account to your bank account or Paypal account by clicking on 'withdraw' link on your 'Billings and Payments' section. Alternatively you can ask for a cheque to be sent to your address by using the same link.
* If the payment has been sent via Escrow, you will need to complete the job before the employer agrees to complete your payment. As soon as your employer completes your payment you will be able to withdraw your money as explained above. There is a withdraw fee for withdrawing money from your account.
* As soon as you receive the payment, you will be able to leave a feedback for the employer.

Contests
Employers who do not have time to search for freelancers can open contests for freelancers to join. A prize must be set by the employer to open a contest. Employer will also have to transfer the prize money to our account before the contest begins.
Freelancers will complete the work and upload with their own watermarks and copyright protection. Employer will select the winning work. Freelancer will then upload the full version of the work and the prize will be sent to the owner of the winning work. The payments of the winning work will be under Onlinemarketpoint.com's protection.
Marketplace
Freelancers or employers who want to sell their websites, domains, businesses and any type of equipment can post it on the marketplace. Interested site visitors will be sending messages to the sellers.
Service Buyers/Payments
Can I make a payment in advance?
It's stongly recommended not to pay in advance. If you decide to make payment before job or part of job is completed, you will be responsible for any loss of funds.
There's a free escrow system on our site. You're encouraged to use the escrow system and release funds from the escrow when job is completed.
How do I cancel an escrow payment?
As a Buyer you can't cancel an escrow payment. If project is not successful you should ask your provider to cancel your escrow payment. If the provider will not cancel, then you should contact Onlinemarketpoint.com
How do I deposit money to my account?
Login to your account. Click Payment Transactions. Click Deposit money. Follow instructions from there. We are currently accepting PayPal, Wired Transfer, Moneybookers, Check and E-PRO.
How do I escrow money to a provider?
Login to your account. Click Payment Transactions. Click New escrow payment. Follow instructions from there. Please note that you must have money in your account before you can make an escrow payment.
Service Buyers/Projects
How can I ask a question before selecting a provider?
Please login and go to the public project page. Beside each username you will find a PM button. Click on the button next to the user you wish to contact and post a message
How do I accept a bid from a service provider?
Login. Go to Buyer Activity. Pick service provider from there.
How do I cancel a project?
Please login, go to Manage Account, go to Buyer Activity, request to cancel project from there. When the request have been made we will process it within 3 business days and refund our fees.
How do I edit a project I already started?
Since providers based their bids on the project description we don't allow changes on projects after bidding started. It's possible to add additional information. When you do this all providers who already made a bid will be notified.
Service Providers
How can I modify a bid which I've already submitted?
Login to Onlinemarketpoint.com. Find the project(public project page) you wish to change your bid on, click Place Bid button again and make your changes.
How do I deliver a project?
You may deliver a project anyway you like. Normally it's installed on the buyers server or it's sent as files to his email. This is something you and your buyer will have to decide. We suggest you make sure the money is in escrow at Onlinemarketpoint.com before you deliver your project.
How do I rate and write a review for a Service Buyer?
After you have accepted to work on a project and the project is completed and paid in full through Onlinemarketpoint.com, you will be able to do this by going to Provider Activity. You will find available service buyers to rate from there.

How does this work for Service Providers?
It\'s easy. You register for an account. Read the projects and find one that fit your skills. You estimate and bid a fair amount to complete the project. If the Service Buyer pick you as the winner he will pay you that amount through Onlinemarketpoint.com at a time you both agree on in advance.
How much will you charge Service Providers?
It's free to join Onlinemarketpoint.com! We only charge a small commission on closed regular projects. 10% or $5(whichever is greater). The Service Provider don't have to pay commissions on featured projects. PRO Members don't pay any commissions on any projects.

When will you process my withdrawal?
Currently we process withdrawals and send out payment once per week. In some cases we have to investigate the funds and there might be a small delay. If your request was submitted before Monday, it'll be sent next Monday-Tuesday. If request is dated Monday or Tuesday, we will send money next week. As soon as payment sent, you will receive notification by email with details of withdrawal.
The very first withdrawal is delayed for security reasons. First withdrawal by e-PRO is delayed for 45 days starting from the day, when funds were added to account. First withdrawal by any other method is delayed for 15 days since the day, when funds were added to account. Next withdrawals are sent without such delays.

Service Providers/Bidding
Can a service provider bid for free?
Yes, it's free to make a bid. Our new members may make 15 bids per month. Though bids can't be "accumulated", the amount of bids is refilled monthly for free. The minimum bid amount (provider's offer) is currently $30.
How do I make a bid?
Browse our projects. Select one that you wish to bid on. Click the Bid button above the bid listings. Enter your bid and comment. You might need to login if you\'re not logged in while doing this.
What is bid limit and how is it calculated?
New free members will be able to make 15 bids per month. Old free members will be able to make 15 bids + 1 bid per month they have been a member at Onlinemarketpoint.com. For example, if you've been a member at Onlinemarketpoint.com for 1 year and aren't a PRO member you will be able to make 27 bids (15+12) per month. New PRO members will be able to make 150 bids per month. Old PRO members will be able to make 150 bids + 1 bid per review they have (finished project) + 1 bid per month they have been a member at Onlinemarketpoint.com. For example, if you've been a member at Onlinemarketpoint.com for 2 years, have 78 reviews and are a PRO member you will be able to make 252(150+78+24) bids per month. With these limits each bid will be of higher quality. Old members and PRO members will be rewarded for staying with us. Buyers will have less bad bids to remove when trying to pick the winner. We believe and it has been prooved that bid limit results in more happy buyers on our site and of course it's good for all providers too.
Service Providers/Payments
How do I cancel an escrow payment?
To cancel an escrow payment as a provider you login to Onlinemarketpoint.com, go to Manage Account, Click Payment Transactions and scroll down. You will find all escrow payments there. Choose correct one and cancel it. That's all!
In what ways can you send me my money?
We currently send out payments via PayPal, E-PRO, Wired Transfer, Moneybookers and Onlinemarketpoint.com Debit cards. We plan to offer more options in the future.
Why is my withdrawal still in pending status?
Because it has not yet been processed. As soon as it's been processed you will be notified and we will remove the pending status. Please don't make a new request as long as you have a request in pending status. It might cause a delay. Normally withdrawals are processed during Mondays and Tuesdays for the requests made in the previous week.

Terms and Conditions
Can I exchange money on Onlinemarketpoint.com?
We do not allow such money transfers. We are not an exchange or money transfer company, so we'll have to reverse such transactions.
Can I sell already made solutions?
Yes, as long as the buyer agree to this and you have proper rights to sell the solution.
Can I sell stolen scripts?
Of course not. If we find out you're selling stolen scripts we will close your account without payment. We might also take legal actions.
How much will I have to pay Onlinemarketpoint.com?
It's free to join Onlinemarketpoint.com! We only charge a small commission. For regular projects that is closed Service Buyers will have to pay 3% or $3 commission(whichever is greater) and Service Providers will have to pay 10% or $5(whichever is greater). Troubleshooting
When I try to login, I'm redirected to the login page again without any error message. What should I do to login?
This problem may occur, when you have cookies disabled or if web browser security setting are configured to block cookies from Onlinemarketpoint.com
In order to resolve this problem, you need to make sure that cookies are enabled and accepted.
